In 1976, Everett and Esther Cook began serving people experiencing homelessness from the back of their station wagon, offering donuts, sandwiches, and coffee. Fifty years later, Victory Mission continues that legacy of compassion in Springfield, Missouri. This specialty light roast honors 50 years of transformed lives.

Apprentices at Equip are women leaving traumatic circumstances such as homelessness, felonies, or abuse. They are learning essential skills, breaking cycles, and given tools to lead wildly successful lives.
Equip Coffee is a social enterprise within nonprofit Victory Mission.
All income returns to Victory Mission, provides work to our apprentices, pays fair wages to coffee farmers, & supports local, expert roasters.
