All our your coffee is packaged by apprentices in short-term workforce training.

Apprentices at Equip are men and women leaving traumatic circumstances such as homelessness, felonies, or abuse. They are learning essential skills, breaking cycles, and given tools to lead wildly successful lives.

We see our social enterprise as a public service. Therefore, we intend to interact with sales, marketing, and communication unlike anywhere you’ve ever seen. We are truly about providing coffee for your good & the life change of others, whether in Springfield, Missouri or Huila, Columbia..

OUR REFUND POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, have received a product that has been unusably damaged in shipping via USPS, or have received a product different to what was ordered, contact our customer support to either receive a full refund OR receive a replacement product (actual product ordered) for no additional cost, and with no need to return the original product.

From receiving your order, you have up to 30 days from the date you purchased it to contact customer support and request either a refund or a replacement product.

Email us to request a refund. We will respond within 72 hours.

WHEN WILL MY COFFEE ARRIVE?

All coffee orders are shipped within 5 days of receiving your order. Deliveries are completed every Thursday. If you have a deadline or rush order, do not hesitate to reach out!

DO YOU HAVE A STOREFRONT?

Our transactions are all online! We are primarily a B2B wholesale social enterprise, which also offers retail & gifting options.

While we don’t have an actual storefront, we do have partner coffee shops and retail stores that sell our coffee: check out our Local Purchasing Guide.

HOW DO I TELL THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN COFFEES?

When exploring our options, you will see unique roasts and flavor notes. Each coffee is different in its flavor profiles! If you would like assistance selecting the perfect coffee for you, we’d love to chat.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE A SUBSCRIPTION?

Anytime. This is available through the website. If you have trouble finding your account, contact us, and we will adjust or cancel anything without questions asked.

HOW DOES YOUR COFFEE ACTUALLY HELP PEOPLE?

In short:

  1. We employ women leaving traumatic circumstances (leaving homeless, leaving addictions, leaving depression and anxiety) and teach workforce development skills through close management in the packaging of coffee.
  2. We care about equitable coffee practices. We purchase coffee high above Fair Trade prices.
  3. We care about the local economy. We support Springfield through local roasting.
  4. All revenue returns to Victory Mission, our larger nonprofit.

HOW FRESH IS YOUR COFFEE?

Very, very fresh. Our coffee is roasted weekly in Springfield, MO, where our packaging facility is located. Then, it is ground and delivered to you in sometimes as short as hours.
