If you are not satisfied with your purchase, have received a product that has been unusably damaged in shipping via USPS, or have received a product different to what was ordered, contact our customer support to either receive a full refund OR receive a replacement product (actual product ordered) for no additional cost, and with no need to return the original product.
From receiving your order, you have up to 30 days from the date you purchased it to contact customer support and request either a refund or a replacement product.
Email us to request a refund. We will respond within 72 hours.
No returns are allowed, unless there was an internal problem with your order (ex. wrong coffee, wrong grind, etc.).
